Want to be a stallholder?
Stall Fees
Indoor Stalls (includes table hire)
1 Table – $12
2 Tables – $19
3 Tables – $25
4 Tables – $30
If you only require the floor space and do not need a table, the stall fee remains the same.
Outdoor Stalls
$15 (stallholders must supply their own table, gazebo and equipment)
Set Up & Pack Down
To make market morning as smooth as possible, stallholders have two setup options:
Friday: 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Saturday: From 6:00 am
All stalls must be packed down from 1:00 pm once the market has concluded.
Power
Power is not available for stallholders. Please ensure any equipment you bring can operate without access to electricity.
Insurance
The George Town Neighbourhood House holds public liability insurance covering patrons attending the market. However, we strongly recommend that all stallholders maintain their own public liability insurance to cover their individual business or activities.
Food Stall Requirements
If you are selling homemade or prepared food products, a current Council Food Business Registration must be displayed at your stall throughout the market.
Please note that cooking is not permitted inside the hall.
Cancellation Policy
All stall bookings must be paid in advance.
Cancellations received more than 24 hours before the market will be eligible for either a full refund or a transfer to the next available market.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of the market will forfeit the booking fee.
